Kate and Mychal got the very best Christmas gift.. a new baby!
I was lucky enough to spend the morning with them on New Years day to capture their sweet family. We spent our time together lounging around their light-filled master bedroom and in Sloane’s sweet nursery.
It is so much fun to spend time with new parents, especially when they just seem so in their element! It could partially be because Kate is a nurse, but both she and Mychal talked about Sloane’s eventful birth and now life with a newborn, like getting little sleep, with a lighthearted laugh. They are just rolling with it! They are completely smitten with their little one and it’s clear they are going to be a very happy (and cozy!) family. Congratulations, Kate & Mychal!
