I’m a big, big fan of the cozy at-home engagement session. I’ve noticed there’s something about being in someone’s space that allows their personalities to really shine through. The comfort of being at home means I get to observe and capture who you are when no one’s looking.

It’s here! Part III! If I had to choose, I’d say this was my favorite part of Jessica’s brand shoot. No, my favorite was the cherry blossoms.. no, the time in her apartment (coming soon!). I love them all.

While brainstorming for Jessica’s brand shoot, we knew that DC needed to be a strong component in one set of images. Jessica has lived in many places during her life of adventure, but in the past few years she has found her home here in Washington, DC.

Angela and Ben were delighted when they learned their visit to Washington, DC would coincide with peak Cherry Blossom season! I was thrilled we’d be able to document this exciting time in their lives during such a special time in our beautiful city, especially because the blossoms only last a few days.
