I’m not even sure where to begin with Carrie and Billy. For these posts, I usually reflect on the wedding day and the moments that stood out to me, but with them, there is so much more to reflect on. With Carrie, there is a newfound friendship that has deepened to a level I could have never expected in less than two years. I am so thankful and grateful they are part of my life.
This adorable family! What a joy to spend an evening with them last week, capturing their love for each other. To honor their little family, we decided to photograph one of their favorite activities together- their evening walk.

I was lucky enough to photograph Carter for his first birthday (see the post here) and meet his parents. Last year, we shot on the hottest day of the year in the middle of the summer in Alexandria.
