This adorable family! What a joy to spend an evening with them last week, capturing their love for each other. Kaitlyn reached out to me hoping to book a session when they received hard news about their pup, Gryffin. Without knowing how much time they’d have left together, she wanted to have a few images to remember him and their life on the farm where they live. To honor their little family, we decided to photograph one of their favorite activities together- their evening walk.
This was such a fun session! Baby Elena and her parents are such a joyful, silly family. They decided to take things up a notch and have a more formal family portrait session. We started with a few more traditional posed shots, but with a baby, it’s hard to make anything tooo formal. Even on the floor, their chic outfits and Elena’s “black swan” dress, as her Dad referred to it, looked amazing!
I love getting to meet new clients because often we immediately connect as more than client and photographer, but as sisters, daughters, wives, and humans. Allyson (above left) reached out to me last fall because she had something really special in mind. As a gift to her parents for their 65th birthdays, she wanted to coordinate a photo session for their entire crew while on vacation.
Wow, this was a great way to spend a Saturday morning 🙂 Ana, my oldest friend, had shared with me that she’d love to do a little photo shoot with her sweet corgi Finley, just for fun. When I announced my Valentine’s Day mini sessions, it was the perfect opportunity for a girly, pink, silly 20-minute session!
